Smoke Prints is run by Deadpan Labs LLC, a Florida company. This policy explains what we collect when you use smokeprints.com or buy from us, and what we do with it. Questions go to support@smokeprints.com.
What we collect, and why
- Your name, shop or brand, email and phone: to confirm your order, send your proof and reach you about it.
- Your shipping and billing address: to ship your order and process payment.
- What you ordered: the piece, batch and quantity, so we can make and ship it.
- The logo you send us: to make your proof and print your order.
- Your proof approval and our messages about your order: the record of what you approved before we printed.
- Your email, if you join our deals club: to send you new pieces and deals. You can unsubscribe any time.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your card details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number.
Your logo
Your logo stays yours. We use it to make your proof, print your order, and handle reprints or support on that order. For shirts and stickers, the design you upload is stored with our website host and sent to our print partner, who prints and ships that order. We don't use it in our marketing or photos without asking you first. We'll delete it on request once your order is complete.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers your order needs:
- Stripe, which processes your payment
- USPS and, for Canadian orders, the Canadian carrier that delivers it, which get your name and address
- Printful, which prints and ships shirt and sticker orders, and gets your name, shipping address, email, the items ordered and your design
- Google Workspace, which carries our email and stores order records and logo files
- Our website host (Vercel), which serves this site and stores the designs uploaded for shirt and sticker orders
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
This site stores two small settings in your browser: that you confirmed you are 21 or older, and your cookie choice. We do not use advertising cookies or ad tracking. Stripe's checkout pages set their own cookies under Stripe's policy.
How long we keep it
We keep order records, invoices and proof approvals as long as tax and accounting law requires. We keep logo files only as long as we need them for your order and any reprints, and delete them on request.
Your choices
Email support@smokeprints.com to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We'll do it unless the law requires us to keep it; order and tax records are the usual exception.
Security
Access to order information is limited to the people who make and ship your order.
Age
This site is for adults 21 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with its date.
