Smoke Prints is run by Deadpan Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). These terms apply to everything you buy from smokeprints.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
Who can buy
You must be 21 or older to use this site and to buy from us.
Prices and batches
Prices are in US dollars, per piece, and depend on the size of the batch you order. Each piece is sold in batches of at least 25. The price at checkout is the price of your order.
Prices are for a standard one- or two-color logo. If your design needs extra work, we'll email you before printing with the difference. You can approve it, or cancel for a full refund.
Payment
You pay at checkout by card, through our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Your logo and your free proof
After you pay, send us your logo, either through the upload page or by email to orders@smokeprints.com with your order number. We then email you a free digital proof of your logo on your piece.
Nothing prints until you approve the proof. Ask for as many changes as you need. Please check spelling, colors and placement carefully, because the proof is exactly what we make.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your proof. After approval your order goes into production and can't be cancelled.
We may decline an order before production, for example artwork we can't print. If we do, we refund you in full.
Returns, defects and refunds
Because every piece is made to order with your logo on it, we can't take returns after you approve your proof. We will put right:
- defects in printing or materials: cracked, warped, badly finished, or not matching the proof you approved
- the wrong item or the wrong quantity
- damage in transit
Email support@smokeprints.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace or refund the affected pieces, our choice, and you won't pay return shipping. In most cases we won't ask for the pieces back.
These are not defects: a logo printed the way it appeared on your approved proof, low-resolution artwork you approved anyway (we'll flag it on the proof if we see it), or a change of mind.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. We send them within 5 business days; your bank may take longer.
Shipping
We ship from Florida by USPS to addresses in the United States and Canada. Shipping is a flat rate per batch, shown at checkout. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
Canadian orders: any duties, import taxes or brokerage fees charged on delivery are paid by the buyer.
If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll reprint or refund. If the address entered at checkout is wrong, tell us before it ships and we'll fix it; after it ships, a reship may be charged.
Shirts, hoodies and stickers
Shirts, hoodies and stickers ordered on our shirts and stickers page, and label sheets made with our jar label maker, are printed to order by our print partner and shipped from its facilities in the United States. Where this section differs from the rest of these terms, this section applies to them.
- Prices: per piece, with no minimum, shown next to each size. Shipping is the carrier's rate for your order and address, shown before you pay. We ship these to US addresses only.
- Your file is your proof. You upload your design and see a preview of it on the piece before you pay, and we print the file you uploaded. Check spelling, colors and size before you pay. We look at every design before it goes to print. If we can't print it, for example someone else's trademark or a file too small to print well, we cancel the order and refund you in full.
- Cancellations: email orders@smokeprints.com before your order goes to print and we'll refund you in full. Once printing starts it can't be cancelled.
- Misprints, damage, defects and lost packages: email support@smokeprints.com within 30 days of delivery, or of the estimated delivery date if the package never arrived, with a photo of the problem. We'll reprint or refund the affected pieces, and you won't need to send anything back.
- No returns or exchanges for the wrong size or color, or a change of mind. Each piece is made to order for you.
Your artwork
By sending us a logo you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and you let us reproduce it on the pieces you ordered and keep a copy for reprints and support. We don't use your logo in our own marketing or photos without asking you first.
We won't print artwork that infringes someone else's trademark or copyright, or that is unlawful or hateful. If a claim is brought against us because artwork you supplied infringes someone else's rights, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.
Our designs
You're buying printed pieces. Our 3D models and the design work in them are not sold, licensed or transferred. The photos, designs and text on this site belong to us.
Using our products
The Jar Seal Opener contains a sharp steel blade. Handle it with care and keep it away from children. Our pieces are printed plastic: they are not certified food-safe, they can warp in high heat, and some contain small parts.
Warranty and liability
Apart from the promises on this page, our products and this site are provided "as is", without other warranties, to the fullest extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If there's a problem, email us first and we'll try to resolve it within 30 days. If we can't, either side may bring a claim in the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida, or in small claims court where it qualifies.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
