Jar Seal Opener

Cuts the tamper seal on a jar in one turn. Push the lid into the jaw, turn the jar, done.

How it works

Logo in. Merch out.

  1. Pick your piece and batch. Pay at checkout. The more you order, the less each piece costs.
  2. Send us your logo. Upload it right after checkout, or email orders@smokeprints.com with your order number.
  3. Approve your free proof. We email a digital proof. Nothing prints until you say go.
  4. We print it and ship it by USPS, anywhere in the US and Canada.

Is there a minimum order?

Merch and label sheets have no minimum. The 3D-printed products start at 10 Jar Hats, 20 Jar Seal Openers, 20 Cap Keychains, 10 poker chips, 10 fridge magnets or 2 desk signs, up to 500 at checkout; for more, ask us. Halloween lid sleeves start at 5.

How do batch discounts work?

Your price per piece drops as the batch grows: 5% off from 50 pieces, 10% off from 100 and 15% off from 250. The price on each card is the price for that batch.

What if my design is complicated?

Prices are for a standard one- or two-color logo. If your design needs extra work, we'll email you before printing. Approve the difference or get a full refund.

Do I see it before you print?

For the 3D-printed and made-to-order pieces, yes: every order gets a free digital proof, nothing prints until you approve it, and you can cancel for a full refund until then. For merch and label sheets you see a preview of your design on the piece before you pay, and we print the file you uploaded.

How long does it take?

It depends on the piece and the batch. Production starts when you approve your proof, and we'll tell you the date when we send it.

Where do you ship?

Merch and labels ship within the US. The 3D-printed products ship to the US and Canada by USPS, at a flat rate per batch shown at checkout or on your invoice. For Canadian orders, any duties or import taxes are paid by the buyer.

What should I send for my logo?

A vector file (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF) works best. A clear, high-resolution PNG works too.

Can you fit my jar?

Yes. Send us one of your jars and we'll size the Jar Hat or the Jar Seal Opener to it.

How do I pay?

By card, through Stripe: at checkout where the page offers it, or on a Stripe invoice we send once we confirm your order (the order form, if you'd rather see a proof before paying). Prices are in US dollars. We never see your full card number.
